Vincent Loi works as an engineer at our organization, where he is responsible for machine commissioning and quality. “I can work on projects independently. That autonomy makes my work meaningful every day.”

“I’ve been with Frencken since 2015 – and for good reason. I found the high-tech environment and challenging projects I was looking for, which allows me to grow. For example, I am currently coordinating the transfer of new technology from the Netherlands to Singapore. I ensure that sales, production and technology are well aligned and supervise the commissioning of new systems. What makes Frencken special is that I am given real ownership of my work. I can suggest improvements, test new working methods and make processes smarter.”

“One of my greatest successes was leading the commissioning of a machine under a tight deadline. I worked closely with suppliers, processed customer feedback, and adjusted processes on the spot. “Our complex precision fascinates me. Here, I grow the way I want.”

Karthik Papineni makes the most of his opportunities at Frencken. As a senior production engineer, he plays a versatile role in a technically demanding environment. “Here, I shape my role myself. That trust makes all the difference for me.”

“I started at Frencken with a supply chain project involving multiple stakeholders. After that, I was able to gradually expand my role based on what was needed and what gives me energy. As a result, I now also lead software implementations within production engineering and program CMM systems for measuring complex assemblies. Before joining Frencken, I worked in a CNC environment where I mainly produced individual parts. That was already interesting, but here I see how everything comes together in high-precision assemblies. That complexity fascinates me enormously.”

Proud of the impact I make
“There is no shortage of opportunities, but I am especially proud of the business case and implementation of a new CMM measuring machine. From analysis to installation and validation in the cleanroom, I led the entire project and had the full trust of management. That trust is what truly defines our company. “I’m given the freedom to understand the bigger picture”

Jeroen Setz is a System Control Designer at Frencken. A challenging role where his broad technical expertise really comes into play. “One moment I’m working on a design, the next I’m in a cleanroom suit supporting my colleagues in production.”

“After completing my master’s in mechanical engineering, I found the place I was looking for at Frencken. Here, I have the freedom to shape my work the way I want. In four years, I grew from system engineer to system designer and am now moving toward an architect role. That suits me because I want to understand the bigger picture and truly grasp the roadmap and systems. That way, I can support our customers even better. The combination of technical challenge and variety is what makes working at Frencken so engaging.”

Deeply involved
“My biggest project so far has been developing a test system that detects leaks at 20 bar pressure with millibar precision. I was involved from the concept phase and worked closely with suppliers and customers to explore the possibilities. The development was challenging. Working with high pressure is one thing, but achieving that level of precision adds a whole new layer of complexity. We now have five of these systems running in our production for different products. I now mainly advise and share my knowledge with colleagues in Asia, who are preparing to implement our test systems there. Together, we are making a global impact.”
