I work on the line where we build products for the medical market. Testing, assembling, pre-assembly — I do it all. It is exactly that variety that makes my work interesting. “Team leaders, supervisors, direct colleagues, everyone takes each other’s ideas seriously. For example, together with colleagues, I proposed having the cables for specific product options delivered ready-made and cut to the right length. Previously we had to measure, process, and roll up a long cable ourselves, which was a time-consuming task that took us three quarters of an hour each time. It’s great that our idea was picked up. Improvements like this make me feel at home here. And if I want to delve deeper, I know Frencken will give me that opportunity. I have plenty of reasons to stay here.”
