Kiky Palevie has been working at Frencken since 2010, where she grew from a warehouse employee to an internal account manager. “Frencken challenges me to stay curious. Here, I can look for new solutions and see immediate results with our customers.”

“I am the point of contact between our customers and the organization. If a customer has a question, for example about logistics, I get to work on it immediately. I provide quick feedback and stay in close contact. That level of service is important to my customers and gives me a lot of satisfaction. Working with leading high-tech companies is both interesting and challenging. It gives me a lot of positive energy, which I carry into my daily work and makes it even more enjoyable.”

“I can work from home when necessary or adjust my working hours in consultation. This allows me to combine my role with my family life. Such a flexible employer is truly valuable, as is the atmosphere. Although Frencken has grown considerably since I started, everything still feels just as personal. We are eager and open-minded, from young to old, with many different cultural backgrounds. My next step is to grow into an account manager, but I also have every opportunity in my current role.
